Tokyo, Japan - People from all over Japan are gathering in the nation's capital for the battle that will decide the Earth's fate. The Dragons of Heaven, the Seven Seals, fight to save humanity, while the Dragons of Earth, the Seven Angels, fight to save the planet itself. In the middle of the war is a fifteen year old boy named Kamui Shiro, the one born with two futures, of which he can choose. He can be a Dragon of Heaven, a Seal, or a Dragon of Earth, an Angel. His choice determines the fate of the world.
